When we arrived, we were told that the activity was canceled because the only jet ski they had had been broken for a long time and had never been repaired. Instead of informing us in advance, they let us wait for two hours. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this activity.
