When our son fell, she immediately helped us, and it felt safe knowing there are doctors along the way. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience was unforgettable. It’s a long downhill walk on stones and rocks, so good shoes are a must.”

“Mona & George were beyond gracious, hospitable, timely, informational and patient. Elafonisi is very beautiful in October. Two lounges could be rented for the whole day for €20. An inexpensive beer is less than four euros and an ice cream is four euros. The beach is very beautiful although I wouldn't call it pink. The water is of a variety of blues but always clear.”

“Really nice guide and welcoming, was a comfy ride to the port and back. Our guide was really friendly and kept us informed and updated with the itinerary and what to expect. The Gramvousa Island was amazing, definitely recommend walking up to the Fortress first and then spending the rest of the time on the beach. Note there are no cafes or food on the island, only one small souvenir shop. Spent 2.75 hours which was a good amount of time to do both. It’s worth noting that you can’t actually go into the Balos beach due to the new conservation rules unless you swim to it from the boat.…”

“The beach and island is absolutely beautiful and we did locate some of the famous pink sand (here and there). Our young driver was very skilful navigating the narrow Cretan roads and did a fantastic job at getting us safely to/from the destination. The pickup from a pre-determined location was on time and our guide made every effort to make sure everyone was happy. Please note the activity offers many pick-up locations, however not necessarily from Your hotel, so you may need to travel to a pre-determined spot. The bus itself was a little cramped (I measure about 5'6" or 176cm) and my knees where against the seat in front…”

I will always remember on the way back, after a day at the beach, she asked us if we would like to hear some interesting facts about Crete. We all said yes and she started telling us some nice things about the island, while the sun was slowly setting. It was a highlight of the trip for sure. He filled our afternoon with cultural, geological and historical information and answered all of our questions while keeping our conversations enjoyable and engaging. The old home has been beautifully restored including a gorgeous bathroom designed and built by our host. The cooking lesson was so much fun! “The beach was gorgerous. On the way we stopped at a family owned honey business before heading off to the beach. Definitely go earlr! on the way back the food at the restaurant was amazing. Few sunbeds but it wasnt a really necessary unkess you want to soend time tanning. We went mostly snorkelling watching fishes in the ocean behind the mountains. The water is super clearn and a had a stripe of pink sand! Theres enough cafe, toilets etc.”

“So happy for we booked to do this! Everything was so easy with pick up and drop off from right outside our hotel. The boat was quite busy but the two swimming spots we went to didnt have any other large boats so it didnt feel too crowded. And the water was beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this!”

“Trip was amazing, not sure of the guides name but she was French and really knowledgeable, only downside is you spend a lot of time on coach, more than what the itinerary says but was still amazing. Also want to give special mention to the driver, we where picked up at 7am with People already on the coach and didn’t get dropped off until 9pm, so special mention to all the miles he done that day. Would recommend”
