“Really nice guide and welcoming, was a comfy ride to the port and back. Our guide was really friendly and kept us informed and updated with the itinerary and what to expect. The Gramvousa Island was amazing, definitely recommend walking up to the Fortress first and then spending the rest of the time on the beach. Note there are no cafes or food on the island, only one small souvenir shop. Spent 2.75 hours which was a good amount of time to do both. It’s worth noting that you can’t actually go into the Balos beach due to the new conservation rules unless you swim to it from the boat.…”

“The trip was overally very nice. Logistically-wise everything was very good organised, both the bus and the boat were on time all the time. The only minor issue was the boat. It was very loaded with people and sometimes you would need to stand for the entire ride. Also, the bar on boat was super crowded and you had to wait 20-25 min to get a bottle of water. Both Gramvousa and Balos were very beautiful.”

“It was a great experience and I am happy that I booked this trip. Eirini was an amazing guide. She had a very friendly and positive attitude. I will always remember on the way back, after a day at the beach, she asked us if we would like to hear some interesting facts about Crete. We all said yes and she started telling us some nice things about the island, while the sun was slowly setting. It was a highlight of the trip for sure. Balos was beautiful and we also enjoyed the trip to Gramvousa Island. I highly recommend this day trip.”

“We had an exceptional day on our catamaran trip. The crew – Yanny, Dimitri, and Jessica – were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable. They truly took care of us from start to finish. The food served on board was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. This activity is absolutely worth it: by choosing the catamaran, we avoided the crowds of the larger boats and enjoyed a more intimate and pleasant experience. The two beaches we visited, Balos and Grand Vousa, were simply stunning and unforgettable. A memorable experience we would highly recommend!”

Yiannis was an incredible guide for the day and had so much information to share about Crete and Greece from history to culture to food or even favorite restaurants or places to travel. The beach was also incredible with clear blue water and reserved loungers, along with a very nice lunch right at the beachside restaurant. Definitely recommend this!!”

“The area was breath taking , but the area is very dangerous on the path to the beach area is all volcanic rock and very slippery , I fell very badly had to be taken to the Chaina Hospital for stitches on my head and i fractured ankle this area should be advise of being a dangerous area !!! also the tour guide of this group did nothing to help me so I don't recommend it”

“The trip was perfect and I would definitely go again. Our pick-up was on time and Kostas was a great guide. The bus ride from Malia took about 4h but seeing the beautiful beach in Balos was all worth it! A must see while in Crete. Would definitely recommend. Organization was perfect.”

“All 5 stars! Vasilis was a wonderful guide. Very organised and professional, efficient. The lunch was excellent, kudos to Vasilis for such a great spread. If you are of two minds of how to get to Balos Beach / Gramvousa Island, that is, by ferry or by sailing, this sailing excursion is definitely the way to go! You aren’t with a potential 2000 passengers, and you get to relax and learn about the area from the captain and even get a chance to do a bit of the actual sailing! It’s worth the price, do it!”

“A group of 5 friends rented the boat for the day and had the best time. We were out to sea before anyone else, reaches destinations before other boats and Lefteris was a great captain who accomadated our requests but always was safe. We had endless beer and a nice sandwich for lunch. Money well spent!”
