By that I mean there were wines being produced by the 100,000 liters, yet the process of it was rudimentary and wines tasted both immature and depthless. “The food was amazing. I really enjoyed the sheep milk icecream. If you do this tour I recommend trying the carob and cherry flavours. If you like lamb then I would recommend doing this tour on a Sunday which we did. We got to try lots of wine and raki also. Only negative is that we were a little squashed in the car but that was only a small detraction from an otherwise lovely evening in Crete.”
