“It was very convenient and was the least stressful part of our 2 day airplane flight journey. Our driver, George, was right where we were told he would be. The sign with my name was in large, bold print so was easily found. Most importantly, Our driver stood where he and the sign were easy to find as we exited the baggage claim area. During the ride to our destination, George carried the conversation in a pleasant manner. He drove us exactly to our location in a safe manner. With regards to the company, our flight was delayed and when I advised them of this , they were already aware…”
